Nature’s Choice was founded in 1997 by Martin and Fiona Dykes with a simple ambition: to supply exceptional fresh produce with a level of service people could genuinely rely on.
Nearly 30 years later, we’re still proudly independent, still family-owned and still guided by the same principles.
What has changed is the scale.
Today, Nature’s Choice is trusted by some of the most respected names in London hospitality - from Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels to major hospitality groups, events and venues.
And much of that growth has happened in the way we’re most proud of through recommendation.
Nearly 30 years of growth hasn’t changed the fact that Nature’s Choice remains a family business.
Today, the next generation of the family works alongside Martin and Fiona in the business, with both their daughter and son actively involved in Nature’s Choice.
Their daughter, Shaunie, heads up Operations, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the business across logistics, customer service and commercial relationships, while also leading key projects and the continued development of the systems and processes behind Nature’s Choice.
Having the family actively involved across the business means we remain hands-on. We can make decisions quickly, stay close to our customers and adapt as their businesses change.
Our customers get the capability and infrastructure of an established London supplier without losing the personal relationship that has always been at the heart of Nature’s Choice.
Some of our customers and suppliers have been with us since we started and those relationships are what have built this business – and the next generation is just as committed to protecting them as we continue to grow.
