We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a 5 day week from 7am – 3pm.


The Job:

Your primary responsibility is to administer the order processing for all customers from order entry through to dispatch of invoices.


Your responsibilities will include;

  • Input sales orders using Freshware software system

  • Generate invoices/credit notes and e-mail to specific customers 

Other ad-hoc responsibilities will include;

  • General admin tasks

  • Participation in daily cleaning of the office

  • Fire Warden responsibility


This is a full time position, the working hours are 7am – 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.


To be considered for this position, you must be reliable, organised, confident working alone and have strong communication skills. You must also be computer literate and comfortable using MS Office.
