Whilst we do handle different allergens onsite, including nuts, every effort is made to prevent the risk of possible cross contamination of our products. Please note products/ingredients can be subject to change and we would recommend that you check product labels for the most accurate allergen information.
Please note we are only able to deliver within the London area. Please check the Postcode Radius section for postcodes we deliver to. Please do not place an order if you do not live within this postcode radius as these will be rejected and refunded.
All orders placed come with free delivery. All orders placed before 6:30pm will be delivered the next day. All deliveries will be made between 6am and 6pm. We deliver 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday. We cannot guarantee a delivery window or guarantee delivery on a particular day.
Please clearly state your full address to include door number and full post code with spaces when you check out. We won’t receive your PayPal registered delivery address and if you don’t manually type your requested delivery address on our website your order will come to us without any address and will be refunded.
Due to the surge in demand, we are unable to answer your email personally but have tried to cover below general questions that are being asked.
We cannot accept orders via email or telephone. Only through the website. We accept payment via PayPal or Credit / Debit card.
We cannot substitute or amend products in the boxes. We may be forced to substitute for a similar item if we have a shortage of stock.
For the time being we cannot deliver weekly boxes, you will have to place your order manually via our website each week if you wish to receive a weekly delivery.
