What can we grow for you? We work extremely closely with our partners, Westlands. The Westlands range of micro herbs are specially selected and grown for their intense flavours and eye-catching colours. The selection includes top quality Micro Leaf, Growing Cress, Edible Flowers, Sea Vegetable Crops, Watercress and when in season, speciality tomatoes.
Dried Goods
Whether the requirement is for Agar Agar or Za’atar spice blend, Bulgar Wheat or Xanthan Gum, cornichons or vanilla, we make available to our customers a vast array of ingredients. Furthermore, whether the ingredient is intended for a restaurant kitchen or a large production facility, we can supply it quickly and usually in the volumes and packaging required. All of our products come with full traceability and the reassurance of BRCGS certification.
